What happens if a client is dissatisfied with the solicitors ‘Bill of Costs’ ?
If a client is unhappy with our Bill of Costs we are willing to discuss this with them and come to a mutually acceptable arrangement. If you do not agree with the Bill you are entitled to have the bill assessed by a duly authorised person in either the Circuit or High Court. This is a specific mechanism known as taxation of costs that is available to clients of all solicitors and we are more than happy to talk you through the procedure.
